Developing the next generation of business women
At ADWIB, we believe that the future of entrepreneurship depends on empowering young women today.
Through mentorship, training, and exposure, we nurture aspiring entrepreneurs to become confident, skilled, and impactful business leaders.
Together, we are raising a new generation of women who lead with purpose, integrity, and excellence.
Our programs focus on:
-
Mentorship: Pairing young women with experienced business leaders for guidance and growth.
-
Skills Development: Providing training in business management, leadership, and financial literacy.
-
Networking Exposure: Creating platforms for young women to connect with successful entrepreneurs.
-
Empowerment Projects: Supporting young girls through initiatives that build confidence, innovation, and resilience.
Our Story
ADWIB (Advancing Women in Business) was born out of a passion to see more women rise, lead, and build thriving businesses.
It started as a small circle of visionary women who believed that collaboration, mentorship, and shared knowledge could transform lives and businesses.
Over the years, that small group has grown into a powerful network of entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders across industries — united by one goal: to empower women to start, scale, and sustain successful businesses.
Through training, mentorship, and access to opportunities, ADWIB continues to inspire women to discover their potential, break barriers, and make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
