My Name is Flourish Iyalagha. I am a Front-End Developer as well as an entrepreneur. I am the Managing Director of Tarrila Parks, an amusement Park that offers a range of activities for all age groups in Port Harcourt. Tarrila Parks is currently based in 2 major malls and the biggest recreational park in Port Harcourt. We rent our rides for parties and events. Eloho Oteri Ejedimu is a licensed pharmacist, accomplished entrepreneur, and the visionary
Managing Director of Aidyle Crest Nigeria Limited, a fast-growing company positioned at
the intersection of healthcare, wellness, and innovation in Nigeria.
With a solid foundation in pharmacy and an unwavering commitment to improving health
outcomes, Eloho has spent over a decade building expertise in both clinical practice and the
business of health. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish Aidyle Crest Nigeria
Limited, where she leverages her pharmaceutical background to drive strategic initiatives and

Nnenna Ifeoma Ikwuegbu

Nnenna Ifeoma Ikwuegbu is a passionate social entrepreneur and changemaker, dedicated to
empowering young girls and women. She is the Founder of HopeRevive Initiative, a non-
profit organization with a vision to revive hope and transform lives through education,
mentorship, and economic empowerment. Under her leadership, HopeRevive Initiative has
continued to inspire and support women and girls to unlock their potential and build brighter
futures.
Nnenna has been an active member of ADWIB for over five years. She currently serves as
the Treasurer, where she plays a key role in ensuring transparency and accountability in the

financial management of the association. In addition, she is a committed member of ADWIB
Rubies, a vibrant group within ADWIB that fosters collaboration, growth, and leadership
among women in business.

My name is Sobomate Victory Jack. I am the Admin of ADWIB and a member of the AGIES
Girls. I run an eatery business, creating tasty meals and offering quality service to my
customers. I joined ADWIB in 2024, and this group has greatly supported my growth through
networking, mentorship, and valuable opportunities.

Uzezi Obaro-Okpokpor

My name is Uzezi Obaro-Okpokpor, I am the founder of Skyline Fashion & Textile
established in 2014. My office is located at Eze Wali Trade Centre, No 51 Okporo Road, Port
Harcourt.
At Skyline Fashion & Textile, we specialize in the retail and wholesale of quality fabrics. I
am also a fashion designer. We design and produce a range of outfits for women and children
both casual, corporate and for special events. We can both supply the fabric and design outfits
for family events including weddings and other special occasions.
Our ready to wear design range from everyday outfits, corporate office wears, special
occasion outfits including elegant kaftans, bubus, kimono to children wears.
Our wears combine comfort, elegance, and individuality, Over the years, I have also
expanded into producing uniforms, delivering durable and well-tailored pieces for schools
and organisations.
I am also into training and mentoring aspiring fashion designers, helping them gain the skills,
creativity, and confidence needed to thrive in the industry.
My journey is one of resilience, creativity, and a strong belief that women can rise, lead, and

I joined Advancing Women in Business, in 2023 and completed the Quantum
Entrepreneurship program in 2024. I am also a member of the Adwib co-operative and the
current Head of the Financial and Investment Committee.
I have benefitted immensely from Adwib, through the various programmes and seminars. The
entrepreneurship programme has also helped me in effectively managing my business better.

Ajirioghene Ogundu-Osondu.

My name is Ajirioghene Ogundu-Osondu. I'm a legal practitioner with interests in corporate
commercial law, particularly transactions and startup advisory but not limited to them.
I'm also building a fashion business and I'm currently running an MBA in Advanced
Corporate Level Strategy.
I was introduced to ADWIB in 2021, and I've had the opportunity to learn through a variety
of life altering sessions. I've also had the opportunity to serve in leadership roles. It's been an

Ezenma Juliet Okpani

My name is Ezenma Juliet Okpani, I’m an entrepreneur majorly specializing in event catering
and management with technology skill in digital marketing.
Due to my zeal and pursuit for success, knowledge and learning, I came in contact with
