The ADWIB Founders’ Endowment Fund is a visionary initiative established to empower women entrepreneurs by bridging the gap between innovative ideas and sustainable business success. The Fund serves as a growth engine for new and emerging women-led enterprises by providing a structured framework of mentorship, business review, and financial support. Through a rigorous selection process, promising ventures are evaluated for scalability, social impact, and sustainability. Selected founders receive tailored mentorship from seasoned industry leaders, strategic guidance on business development, and access to seed or expansion capital. Beyond financial investment, the Fund fosters a community of women who support one another through shared learning, collaboration, and accountability. The ADWIB International Women’s Day Celebration Initiative is a heartwarming outreach movement dedicated to honoring and uplifting women and girls in schools, workplaces, and communities. Rooted in the spirit of International Women’s Day, this initiative recognizes the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women who shape society every day. Through inspiring visits, motivational talks, and thoughtful tokens of appreciation, SheRise fosters encouragement, sisterhood, and self-belief among women and young girls. The initiative serves as a reminder that every woman’s story matters and that her dreams are valid and achievable. By celebrating women where they are (whether in classrooms or marketplaces). ADWIB continues its mission to empower, educate, and ignite confidence in the next generation of bold and brilliant women.
